The use of information technology spreads in construction. However, the use of information technology in the field of construction does not match the needs and functions of users who use information technology. This fact is blinded by the government’s requirements and the customer, which is an obstacle to the dissemination of information technology in the field of construction. In order to improve the use of information technology in construction, this study analyzes the factors for receiving information technology according to the functions of users who use information technology in the design field based on the Davis Technology Acceptance Model. As a result of the analysis, we find that if consumers consider it in the construction industry as easy to use, spontaneous attitudes and behavioral intentions are expected. In addition, the types are acceptance, educational satisfaction, fun with the use and experience of use factors that affect the use of education, and satisfaction of education and the effect of the fun of use that is also considered ease of use. This study aims to obtain factors that maximize consumer skills and use through the use of technology -cope models in construction before the use of new information technology in the field of construction.

It is clear that the use in the construction industry will spread to the changing paradigm, and to what extent the IT application will increase rapidly. Therefore, a study shows the extent to which consumers accept in the context of the construction industry that should be carried out.

Based on this view, we are researching real research on IT acceptance of individuals using it in the construction industry based on the Davis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this study, we intend to understand how the use in the construction industry affects the user and to determine whether the latter should be introduced by analyzing whether the user can accept it.

This study is classified in four steps. In the first stage, external variables are based on literary review of cognitive engineering and TAM studies in other industries and its construction of TAM (and recipients in the construction industry). These external variables are organized in six areas based on expert brainstorming: types of acceptance, frequency of use, educational satisfaction, use knowledge, use of the use and use of experience. In the second step, we use this variable as a hypothesis basis to determine the effect of internal and external variables for each factor. In the third step, based on the hypothesis, we conducted a survey to obtain tam for users in the construction area. Survey participants include people working in the basic laws of the construction industry or in the general construction industry, such as contractors for authorities or public enterprises, construction workers, supervisors, construction managers and engineers. Finally, based on the results of the study, the suitability of TAM and the prescribed hypothesis are confirmed.

Davis developed tam to explain consumer behavior and expect them to be based on Tra, which comes from the field of social psychology [5]. The useful use and ease of use are determined as a key factor that affects TAM’s attitude, which only uses the relationship between faith, attitudes, intentions and behavior. All other external factors should affect intentions and attitudes indirectly through use and ease of use.
