An example of technological acceptance (TAM) plays an important role in the health care of the elderly, used as a theory system. This study focused on the identification of the basic parts of the TAM, the practical use, the challenges deriving from its use and the proposal of calculations in the health care of the elderly. This expressive study was conducted using Openai Chatgpt and the access date of January 10, 2024 The basic characteristics of TAM have been discovered as an importance of recognition, ease of use, attitude towards use, intention to use, principles of involvement, images and conditions of qualification. Tam applications sites add a wide range of technologies in elderly health care, such as television, wear equipment, mobile health programs and more. The challenges deriving from the use of Tam include technological reading barriers, concerns of digital division, privacy and safety, resistance to changes, limited understanding and information, state of health and cognitive weaknesses, reliability and reliability of reliability, lack of targeted intervention, exchange of age and traditional health. In conclusion, the privatized intervention is essential for the acceptance of technology between the elderly. These requirements include the scope of the challenges for health related to age, as well as not limited to chronic conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, arthritis, cognitive reduction and sensory problems [3, 5]. Dealing with these unique health care requirements requires full understanding of the aging process and the different health challenges that people can face as they grow [5].

In this context, an example of acceptance of technology (TAM) has been used as an important system to understand how individuals, in particular the elderly, take and use health technologies [2, 3, 5]. An example of acceptance of technology (TAM) is a widely recognized and influential system designed to understand and predict the acceptance of individuals and the adoption of technology [3, 4]. Previously proposed by Fred Davis in the late 1980s, Tam emerged as a psychological example aimed at explaining the factors that affect consumers decisions to accept and use information technology [12]. Davis’ main function led to the transformation of Tam as a perfect model used in different contexts, as well as in health care [4, 8, 13]. Tam is placed in the theory of measures designed by the theory of planned behavior, which states that the intention of the individual is an important decision of their real behavior [2, 4, 6]. In the context of technological acceptance, Tam shows that the ease of use and recognition identified are important factors that influence the intention of a person to adopt and use some technologies [2, 14, 15, 16]. The ease of use refers to users’ feedback on how it works to use technology, while recognized recognition has to do with the belief that technology will increase their performance or make their work easier [15, 16]. These two key indicators create users’ prospects with the tendency to transmit technology [2, 4, 15, 16, 17]. Over the years, Tam has been expanded and adequate to incorporate further factors and parameters that can affect the acceptance of technology [2, 3, 15, 16]. Tam2, Tam3 and the unified theory of acceptance and the use of technology (Taut) are examples of extensive models that focus on social influence, cognitive processes and other context factors [4, 15, 16, 18]. In the context of health care, Tam proved to be precious to understand how individuals, in particular the elderly, the approach and integration of health technologies in their life [3, 4, 6, 19]. It provides a system designed for researchers and managers to evaluate the factors that influence the adoption of technology between elderly people, contributing to the development and implementation of the best and health technologies relating to their specific needs [3, 4, 6, 8].

In the world of human technological progress, it will not be multiplied to say that the chatgpt is one of the unique developments of our time. Chatgpt is used as a powerful tool in research, providing acting in -depth realities and interactions that contribute to a strong diagnosis of a variety of topics [20]. His ability to obtain new information from a variety of sources guarantees research benefits from recent data [20]. The global perspective of Chatgpt, a good literary ability and the interaction of power make it precious for complete and positive research. There is a dispute on trust in the reliability of the data provided by Chatgpt, but the response of the technological model can be legalized through the literary proof and increase the severity of the research method. Including the prospects of the AI, the chatgpt will provide a unique analytical direction in technological acceptance research, especially in the context of the elderly [20]. In addition, several intuitions, improved innovations and the availability of chatgpt are reflecting its contribution to the most behavioral and reactive research process. In general, Chatgpt can be considered to improve efficiency, currency and state of international research, making it an important tool to provide real insights and attitudes [20].
