How To Cook Delicious Rice
Think about it like potato puree. Or the rice version of your favorite garlic bread! Or – a lighter version of fried rice. Do it today and heat it tomorrow, keep a stash in the freezer. It is as much at home on the dinner plate, as well as as part of a large buffet.
Tomato Rice Recipe (instant Pot & Stovetop)
One specific thing about this garlic rice is that it is flavored enough to eat without driving with sauce, such as mixing and simple white rice. Here’s an example of what I mean – a lime dishes. I usually serve it with something that sits on their own two legs, such as poppy and cheese, potato salad, or maybe fried vegetables or heavy salad, such as my favorite quinoa salad.

3. Types of rice – this recipe will work with listed rice grains. It is not suitable for brown rice, jasmine rice (you can add garlic butter to the jasmine rice recipe), wild rice, black rice or faux rice (cauliflower, quinoa etc).
Alternative method – cook brown rice etc on the recipe. It salt the garlic in the butter, then the tip of the cooked rice and throw into the garlic butter. The flavor infusion is not as good, but still extremely tasty!
4. The liquid stock will give a better flavor, but a good replacement is to use stock powder plus water. My favorite is vegetable, a vegetable powder. Chicken stock and other vegetable brands are also suitable.
To use stock powder, make this recipe with 3 cups of water (750 ml) + stock powder for this amount of water on jar instructions (usually 1 teaspoon of 1 cup) + 1/4 teaspoon of salt (not 3/4 teaspoon on the recipe, too salty rice).

5. Rinsing is not the secret of fluffy rice, the correct liquid / rice ratio is (1.5 liquid cups: 1 cup of rice). However, you should rinse if you are concerned about cleaning rice (if you buy in packages at food stores, you should not be) or if you cannot break the habit. But if you do, you must reduce the stock by 1/4 cup, to take into account the water connected in the rice. If not, your rice will get too soft and slightly soft.
6. The liquid should have small bubbles / raise actively when the lid is on and the stove is low / low average. If the heat is too low and the water does nothing, then the rice is only there, bloating in hot water instead of cooking!
