The company also says that the new company’s new headquarters is to achieve a stability trilogy for the new Kokwater headquarters: Leed Gold, Boma Best and zero carbon design. Although Hall wanted an advanced Kokwater headquarters, they also did not want to feel their rural customers or employees. Martin Simmons bonuses helped create the right idea that it starts from the moment the customer enters the building. The front approach begins with the landscaping of attractive local species, which is well married on the solid and simple materials used on the exterior use of wood and stone steel and two-storey glaze. The use of the tree was a deliberate choice, which – with the slope of the roof – honored the construction and landscape of rural areas.
Inside the walls and windows are carefully oriented for the concentration and landscape frame from the surrounding rural landscape, creating wings that resonate with visitors and employees. The commitment to creating a significant room indoors is evident, choosing triple windows, wooden shades and deep difficulties to prevent impressive and brightness.
