Next, cook Quesadilla. Keep a dry metal-high skillet over medium-low heat (no butter or oil is needed!). During the fire, add the quesadilla and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on the side, or until the cheese melts and the tortilla turns brown in gold. If the tortilla glows faster than the cheese melts, reduce the heat.
