Despite the huge global botanical variations, the development of plant nutrients (HMPs) is low. In the plants described in more than 370,000, HMP is used in just a few hundred. Most of them result from traditional use, and only a minority comes from Madivers. The use of hundreds of compounds found in the species of poorly studied plant species relaxes new therapeutic capabilities, improves the scientific and socio -economic development of the Megadivers and helps maintain biodiversity. However, widespread obstacles in the development of HMP can cause significant obstacles to change this unsatisfactory socio -economic landscape. This document proposes a guide to overcome these challenges based on NASA’s Technical Readiness Levels (TRL) to assess the maturity of the technology. The goal of assisting research institutions, manufacturers and fundraising agencies from countries from countries, innovative HMPs that meet the regulatory standards from Anuisa, EMA and FDA, as well as the WHO and ICH guidelines.

Natural products (NP) are historically a basic source of bottle compounds in the invention of the drug Shadha [1]. Creatures have developed metabolism for hundreds of millions of years to improve their survival ability, thus creating chemical diversity [2]. NP collections increase chemical and sterical complexity (such as more heterocyclic and chiral centers) and their symptoms, which are better than their synthetic replies, which are more useful in the early stages [3, 4, 5]. More than 50% of the therapeutic small molecules on the market in the Market of NP, NP derivatives or synthetic molecules, whose pharmacophic centers are inspired by the NP, some of which are traditional use [6, 7].

Herbal preparations (HP) contain hundreds of phytochemicals [8, 9], which can meet medical needs by multiplying mechanisms [10, 11, 12, 13]. The synergy of several compounds in the phytocomplex was proposed decades ago, the biology and “-amix” [14] proved progress.

Herbal Medical Shadial Products (HMP) NP [15]. It is estimated that up to 80% of the world’s population rely on drug drugs and modern herbs as the main source of health care [16], which is beneficial to many untreated diseases [17]. The global plant market will reach $ 60 billion in 2010 and by 2050 5 trillion USD [18]. If it is properly managed, this market can generate growth revenue and turn the locals into preservation agents [19].

Currently, there are 377, 749 adopted plant species, which are mainly occurring in Madivers [20]. Only 15% are phytochemicals and 6% C is classified [21, 22]. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) have been the number of species used by HMP and zinc biloba, Panax ginseng and Echinia Purudia. This is done despite decades of rules in Brazil, the EU and the US, allowing you to register innovative HMP.

Of the 17 megadivers, only two, the US and China, are constant achievements in CE Shadha’s upgrades. Promoting innovative HMP development from other countries can lead to its scientific and socio -economic progress, protect biodiversity and introduce new therapeutic opportunities for medical purposes [23, 24, 25].

Lack of innovation can result from legal problems. The sanitary rules are different in countries [26, 27], and the Nagoya Protocol [28, 29] has legal confusion. Brazil has solved two problems. Anvisa has issued control
