The Association of Southeast Asian Nations is an attractive tourist destination with diverse and unique experiences, in which Vietnam is considered one of the most famous destinations in this area. Quality assessment and strategies for attracting international tourists are thoroughly explored. However, Pandemic Covid-19 had the most significant impact on the tourism industry, which suffered a lot. Therefore, the recovery and expansion of international tourism requires the business of business and official staff related to tourism. Extensive research must be implemented to identify new solutions and instructions for the renewal of the growth of the international market of tourism as fast as possible. This study identified factors influenced by the destination of international tourists for visiting Vietnam after the CIV-19 pandemic amendments and assessment of theoretical proportion of theoretical model. Using suitable sampling techniques, data collected through an interview with 208 international visitors, with 29 observational variables. The use of SPSS 22.0, five factors that affect international tourists in Vietnam: tourism motivation, tourist attitudes, destinations, social media and quality. Finally, the authors provide policy recommendations to improve the attractiveness and ability of Vietnamese tourism after the effects of Covid-19 Pandemic.
