Studying information technologies-including always a point for research. In 2003, Venkatesh established a combined theory of adoption and use of technology (UTAUT), which pushed research in the field of information technology and achieved for the new climax. This study uses software for the bibliometry, bibliometrix and citespace for data analysis and quantity review in 1694 Research documents in the Web of Science Core database from 2003 to 2021 (data update – August 13, 2021). In inclusion in the visual bibliometric review, this document is conducted by a deep discussion about the UtAut model from aspects of research trends, research areas, major research magazines, sets/institutions, national or regional cooperation networks, etc. This study is comprehensive and systematic showing the evolutionary track and the characteristics of the uterus. Based on this, the future development of the trend is advanced.
The rapid development of information technology has penetrated all societies, economies, jobs and lives, which led to significant changes in the social economy, the method of labor and the structure of consumption.
